Every per diem payment is auto-assigned to a funding bank account at pay time. CSS-department employees draw from the CSS account; everyone else routes by pay-card provider. No manual account selection — the rule runs on current department + card data.

Wisely / rapid! → BoomiThe card providers send a file of each employee and their active card. Ingesting it reassigns cards and keeps a full assignment history (visible on each employee record). The active card also re-points which bank account funds that employee.
